How do you select dryer capacity?

From feed rate, initial and final moisture, density, particle size and heat source. Send a material profile and we calculate the drum.

Can the dryer handle sticky materials?

Yes. Flight geometry, drum speed and chain curtains are configured for clay and kaolin cake.

What fuel options are available?

Natural gas, diesel, biomass, coal and recovered waste heat can be integrated.

Do you guide overseas installation?

We issue foundation drawings, remote commissioning and operator training. On-site supervision is available.

What is the warranty?

12 months from commissioning, plus lifetime technical support.

How fast are spare parts shipped?

Common seals, riding wheels, gears and lifting plates usually ship in 3–7 days.
